Meet Chef Pasquale Presa
Italian born Executive Chef Pasquale Presa, presents delicious small plates and appetizers, utilizing local produce and delicious combinations, Chef Presa pairs the fragrant dishes with a variety of mixed drinks and a full bar. Chef Presa brings vast experience to his position with the Kahler Hospitality Group and Martinis.
Chef Presa was born in Bari, Italy and raised in New York City. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America class of 96’, as well as being European trained. Presa has worked in a variety of locations including Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, West Hollywood and Kauai and Italy. Chef Presa lives in Rochester Minnesota with his wife Valerie and their three children.
