Meet Chef Pasquale Presa
Italian born Executive Chef Pasquale Presa, presents authentic dishes in a modern way, utilizing local produce and delicious combinations, Chef Presa presents homestyle favorites in a comfortable dining atomsphere. Chef Presa brings vast experience to his position with the Kahler Hospitality Group and Crossings Bistro and Bar.
Chef Presa was born in Bari, Italy and raised in New York City. He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America class of 96’, as well as being European trained. Presa has worked in a variety of locations including Boston, Los Angeles, New York City, West Hollywood and Kauai and Italy. Chef Presa lives in Rochester Minnesota with his wife Valerie and their three children.
