    Pasquale Presa

    Pasquale Presa graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with an A.O.S. degree in Culinary Arts in 1996. He has fifteen years of hotel experience, as well as five years’ experience in working in independent restaurants. He has extensive experience in securing long-term food and business contracts with major corporations. He has worked in the Westin Boston Waterfront, The Sheraton Parsippany and The Sheraton Woodbridge Center, The Westin LAX, St Regis Monarch beach, Hyatt regency Kauai, Hyatt West Hollywood, Perugia Italy.
